Linwood College students Daniel Nieuwenhuize and Phoenix Evans (Head Boy) spoke at the Linwood College Community Outreach at Ōpāwa school this week. What impressive young students they both are!
Both have been accepted into Otago University next year and both intend to study medicine. Both play in the Linwood College Jazz band currently and Phoenix has recently started a Fencing Club at school which has become popular and to which Daniel has joined. It was also interesting to learn Linwood College is offering Surfing as a sports option. The greatest enjoyment was hearing how much both David and Phoenix enjoy school at Linwood College.
